A spectacular accompaniment to the Brooklyn Museum show. The breadth of his work is on full display in these pages along with interesting stories and commentaries about the artist/fashion designer.I bought it to use as a coffee tables book, but I like it so much I don't want to risk finger prints and bent corners so it stays on the shelf. I look at it again and again and it is hard to believe that all of these ideas emanated from one man.

I adore this book. It is beautiful. My book came well packaged and the plastic shell was not damaged.

Love the book BUT the book is heavy, thick and comes in a plastic sleeve. THE FIRST ONE CAME SMASHED AND THE PLASTIC CRACKED BADLY! THE SECOND/exchange came smashed and the plastic cracked badly! THE THIRD/exchange came with a ding in the corner of the book almost unnoticeable. The customer service reps PROMISED that the shipping dept. would be informed and it would be wrapped to protect it. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. It was a gift and I was not able to present it at the birthday party it was purchased for. THIS Amazon purchase was terrible cause this book is just thrown in the box with almost NO BUBBLEWRAP!

From the cool three-image front cover to the STUNNING reproductions of the photographs, this book is a delicious immersion in the world of JPG. I enjoy the format of including chapters on artists that have influenced or collaborated with Gaultier. A work of art in itself.
